Another example of a hostile takeover (although not affecting a British company this time). Iconic Australian lager is being faced by a hostile 6.2 billon pound offer from SAB Miller ( formerly South African Brewers ). This is now a global brewer making Peroni and Grolsh.
So Fosters will no longer be an Aussie Beer....
